We are an association of people who want to keep the twin town relationship between Würzburg and Mwanza, a Tanzanian city on Lake Victoria, alive. This town twinning is the second oldest (after Caen in France); it has existed since 1966. Since 2000, the association has done a lot to ensure that the town twinning can now be considered one of the most lively in Würzburg: real student exchanges, a VOICES choir tour to Mwanza, Visiting trips in both directions, promoting social projects, actively promoting popular sports and interest in IT, contacts with schools from special schools to vocational schools, assistance with internships in Mwanza, Zoom conversations with those responsible over there…
