Exhibition „Street Kids”

28. April to 15. Mai 2009:  In the lounge of the Wuerzburg City town hall the exhibition „Street Kids – An encounter with Tanzanian street kids from Mwanza in pictures” will be shown.

 

About 50 pictures of two Tanzanian artists – accompanied by explaning texts – introduce the visitor into the setting of the street kids. Also workshops for pupils are offered. They will be able to get familiar with the exhibition contents in a playful way. The vernissage (28.4. at 17.00 h) will be conducted by the patron, the Lord Mayor Georg Rosenthal and the exhibition manager Markus Wiencke from Berlin.
